3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the product(s) being returned.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions for sending the item back.
4. Shipping Fees
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If the item is returned due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
